Help Problems With Kies Software

Dear Anyone i request u!
I have installed Kies_2.1.0.11112_41_7_2.exe two times in Windows XP SP 3 but when i open it it does not run

Please anyone who know about this problem so please guid me i will be thank to u

I've experienced this when my pc is 64 bit windows 7 and i reformat my pc to windows 7 32bit and it launch properly that time. Maybe that will apply to windows xp as well.
