Help Problems with music and charging

I have doubletwist on my phone that i use as the music player in my car and use a cassette adapter like this one Belkin F5X018 Auto Cassette Adapter for XM

however when i have it on my phone and try to charge the phone at the same time, it'll stop playing the music and won't let me play anything. says to unconnect from computer or something along those lines. i'm using the sprint car charger if that matters

but does anybody know how to fix this.

Sounds like the car charger is bad, I would take it back to sprint and show the mwhat happens.

edit: think i figured it out, did the same thing on my computer but got it to work, just now have to try it on my car. mods can probably delete this
