i,ve noticed that the screen is not flush with the outer edge at the top left corner,the sim cover does,nt fit propperly any more at the bottem left side, some times when i press end call, it does,nt respond, so i press it again and then suddenly it will respond by ending the call but then rediling the call because its realised its been pressed twice, im taking it back to carphone wharehouse, only 5 months old, what should i expect from them
 
Hopefully they'll understand that it is a defect issue and not a user abuse of the device issue. Do your best to explain that it happened unexpectedly, etc.
 
for hardware issues, they have to replace it

for software issues, u can also try doing factory reset once...and end call not responding can be ur phone is laggy...did u enable the USB debugging in settings ?
