Root Problems with My Verizon

Ok, so got my phone rooted and now My Verizon app doesn't work. I even logged in their verizonwireless site and it said it couldn't retrieve my information through my phone.

I am a power user and with wifi tethering, it just means more data will be used. I want to be able to check my data usage from verizon to know if I need to throttle back or not before I hit their "unlimited" limit.

Something with the phone ID gets messed up after rooting which is what I'm assuming. Anyone know the solution or have the same problem as well?

I have the same problem, but I didn't root. I think VZW is having some issues.

I uninstalled the app and tried re-installing with no avail but now for some reason it did. You maybe right. Thanks again.

ive had this problem before but usually after a day it works again... i think its on VZW's end

Strange. I've rooted my phone and can still access My Verizon using the provided app. It must be something on their end.

I just rooted and My Verizon is working fine here.

I am rooted and my verizon works for me, although i've had a few times recently where it hasn't responded.

Yep, thanks guys. Verizon was just being wacky in the morning. It's actually a really useful app determining when you are in your limit.
