Problems with my wifi

Hi ive just got my galaxy note 2 today and ive tryed to set my wi fi hotspot up but it turns on and I can find it but theres nothing the below to create a password or anything just turn on or off what can I do? Cheers
 
Just tap the words next to the on/off button in the settings. That takes you to a screen with a 'configure' button at the bottom.
