Problems with phone while on the charger after updating?

I noticed last night while on the charger I have the following problems...

1. Backlight no longer working behind the home keys.
2. Major lag in the keyboard.
3. Long pressing the letters to get a number or symbol doesn't work.

Unplugging the phone instantly fixes all three. Just wondering if anyone else is noticing similar?

When using a generic charger that i bought for $10 i noticed some minor issues. it was tough to drag the phone through certain screens but the charger that came with the phone allows me full smooth functionality. Are you using the charger the phone came with?

Yes, that was the standard plug/cord that came with it.

Mine is acting weird on the charger also. It is lagging and making little chirp noises.

man I'm glad I didn't do the update yesterday and waited for feedback. I'll do the same thing when Sprint puts it back out again. I'll let other be the guinea pig

Mine is acting weird on the charger also. It is lagging and making little chirp noises.

Mine is also making strange alert sounds. Seems to work OK on the charger however.

This happened to me but a restart appears to have fixed the issue.
