So I downloaded the speedtest app to test my 4G speeds. Unfortunately, I get a "network communication issues" error after it tries to load the message "testing ping". I have a clear connection and am able to access the web with mobile data. When I activated this phone, I used the Red Pocket Mobile app to set up data. (I am using Red Pocket Mobile, not AT&T). I even tried reinstalling the app, but didn't work. Ideas?
