Help problems with stock browser after GB update

so my problem is that websites keep coming up in the mobile version instead of full versions. I tried the about:debug-->desktop method but it doesn't work after the update. it worked before the update.

anybody out there know a way to help me out?

try Dolphin HD.

SOOOOO much better than the crappy stock browser. in its settings you can easily set it to desktop so it wont pull up mobile versions.

yeah, I'm liking this dolphin browser but sights still showing up under mobile versions. selected desktop under the settings then user tab.

any other ideas?

yeah i have noticed this too, but no idea what can be done to fix it. but its only certain sites that do it. so it's got to be something to do with GB cause with Froyo it never did it.

i dont recall an update for Dolphin since GB was released for the DX but i sent an email to the dev so hopefully they will look into this in a future update.

lets hope they get back to you soon, this is bugging the hell out of me.

The about:debug method still works with the stock browser, you just need to use it each time you open the browser. Here is IGN's full site that I just loaded up.

it only works for some sites, try espn.com... comes up mobile, just annoys the hell out of me that it works for some sites and not for all sites.
