So I bought an OTG cable for my rooted Note 2.The cable works okay with my 1 TB Hard drive but connecting my dualshock controller is a whole different story. My controller is a dual shock not official by sony for PS2,instead a local one but pretty much the same thing.It has a converter box in the end and 2 outputs. One is the normal PS2 holder and the other is the USB for PC and PS3,The controller works okay for my PC. Now when I connect my controller with my note 2 via the OTG cable,It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.I honestly haven't been able to track any pattern.Sometimes when you connect it,you move the dpad and the cursor on the icon moves.Other times,no matter how may times you connect,disconnect,reconnect nothing happens.The light on the controller however lights up in both cases so I guess it gets power.When the controller works,It works flawless not problems of any kind.One thing I did notice though is that whenever you connect any other drive first,mount it,unmount it,disconnect it and then connect the controller it always work.
Anyone else have this weird problem?
Also is their any power restrictions,like the phone will automatically disconnect the connected device if it's low on battery?
