Help problems with updates

yesterday I was browsing with my phone when suddenly it started updating apps (GO EX Launcher & Notifications), so I cancelled the updates. Today when i was trying to update those two apps it always ended with an error. So I decided to try to fix this myself. (dumbass) I cleared Market cache and data and now I still can't update those two apps + I can't update any app. Can someone, please, help me.

Oh, and also Market shows those two apps on my app list, but doesn't show that they're installed.

Uninstall the apps, restart the phone and try again to install them from Market.

It didn't work. I uninstalled one of the apps and after that, market didn't allow me to download it.

Interesting. Usually cleaning Market cache and restarting fixes the problem.

Download uninstaller from the market and see if that can see the apps
