Help Problems with voice commands

I have been playing around with the voice command function both through the mic icon on the home screen and through a bluetooth device. For the life of me i cannot get the phone to do anything but call a number. No open calendar, no send a message and it doesn't matter if i am using a bluetooth device or not.

Is there a way to train the voice command option with my voice? Is there a help section, menu that you can access on the phone to see what are the appropriate commands?

I don't know about help commands but there is no voice adaptation unfortunately.
Speaktoit seems to understand better. I just wish I could get it to launch when I initiate voice commands from my headset.
