Root Problems With WFS

So my phone is S-Off and boot loader unlocked...
Phone Details..
S-Off Rooted with Unlock Root
HBoot : 1.09.0099
Android Version : 2.3.5
HTC Sense Version : 2.1
Software Version : 2.13.401.2
Baseband Version : 47.23e.35.3038H_7.57.39.10M

Previously it was
HBoot : 1.08.0000
Android Version : 2.3.5
HTC Sense Version : 2.1
Software Version : 2.13.401.2
Baseband Version : 47.23a.35.3035H_7.53.39.03M

My problem is that when I flash with CWM...I can't enter Recovery, I get a black screen and only the 4 navigation keys light up...I've tried several Recovery images... :confused::confused: still the same and I can only use stock recovery mode that is 'Android System Recovery <3e>'

Would really appreciate help from someone...:)
 
I have read from XDA forum that some WFS have the problem. Apparently your cwm is working fine, it's just that the screen won't show anything. So some ppl have used it blindly by using youtuve videos as guides.
Try to do a blind nandroid back up and use Astro or Rom Manager afterwards to see if it worked well.

Sorry mate,
I was able to flash it properly without any problem so I wouldn't really have a video. But just search for a video of someone that has the same version flashing it. I think it should be enough

Done some googling....found a post on Xda...but it's for rooting the phone...not for accessing recovery to install a custom rom..:(
