Help Problems with Wifi - 3G handover

Have you looked at, tried, the app entitled "AutoWiFi Enabler". It automatically turns on/off when going into/out of an active WiFi area. [Actually there are several similar ones available.]

That app only checks for if you are within a wifi network, it doesn't check if the wifi network actually has internet connectivity.

Thanks though !

I totally understand Frogbone's issue. Thought I was the only one until I happened on this thread. I've just decided since it won't handoff nicely, I'll just use Sprint's network instead of wifi. However, I'm in an area that the sprint signal is mostly good, so I don't have to resort to wifi too often.

I was unaware of the 2-6am deal. That sucks. Yes it should be a selectable option. And as of today, I am an owner of one of these things.

Welcome to the club! :) How ya been?

Yeah, grab HTC Smartsync to fix that, or join the root gang when ready.
Hanging in there...thanks for asking! A lot happening in life! I have already been reading up on root and will likely take the plunge soon. Already checked hboot and still 1.12.:D I did that HTCdev thing on the 3D and it was a PIA. Don't want to get caught with that again....ADB push everytime I want to flash something...it seriously took the fun out of it and then I fell out of the loop and lost "proficiency". Anyway, sorry for the hijack. I hope all is well on your end!

I will look into this smartsync and see how it works. Thanks!
