i am having the problem with a error message saying unable to scan for networks. i have pulled the battery, tried soft set, tried hard set, even took a friends back of his htc incredible 2 cause thats where the attena is and that didnt work. i am lost. it keeps blinking wifi on and off in settings wireless networks. i just got this phone august 23 and just cause it has a little scrap on the phone from something going over it seltel wont let me exchange it even though im having this problem.. please help and thank you.
