Help Process.com.android.phone is not responding..

i just bought this phone"Lg Optimus M" from metro pcs..and since day freakin one that is the error i get "sometimes" with messaging and even browsing the menu..and then it will get stuck and reboot itself.....anyone got any recommendations?

ok if you havent talked for one hour and you bought the phone within 7 days..just go back to the authorized metro pcs store and exchange the phone..
i had the same problem also bad battery and phone shutting down. after exchange no problem at all

well i actually have...but i cant take it back they said that they have ot see the issue in front of them to verify for a replacement...what a crock
