Process com.android.settings stopped...

process com.android.settings stopped unexpectedly try again....etc. this error started after Verizon downloaded an "upgrade" to my Samsung Stratosphere and plug into the USB port on phone to use "Documents to Go"...have also discovered message appears when I go to "settings" and attempt to go to "USB settings" on menu....any fix for this?

That kind of error is a fairly common problem on a lot of different phones after an update. Have you tried a factory reset? That will probably fix it.
