Help Process.com has stopped working samsung note 2

Dear concern
I have samsung note 2 mobile.its getting hanged in between any of the application and after few seconds displays that process.com google has stopped working. My play store is not opening at all.gmail has also stopped working. .I am not able to find how to resolve it.plz help.

Have you tried rebooting the device? Or perhaps a battery pull?
You can also try to clear the cache and data from the playstore app and google play services. You can access that from the manage applications/all screen.
Otherwise you can check out your forum for some advice too

Edit: is that the full error message---process.com.google---
or is it--process com.google.process.gapps?

Have you tried restarting in Safe Mode in order to see if it's a third party app that's causing this problem?
