Help process com.sec.android - ERRORS

I have been getting "process com.sec.android.....etc" errors on many applications in my phone. Particularly the camera and music player. Is there a root problem that causes "process com.sec.android" errors? I have tried going into manage applications and clearing cache. This doesn't fix. Does anyone have any insight?
 
I fixed my issues by doing a factory reset on the phone. It seems that everything is working again with no errors.
