Help Process getting slower

Hi,
Recently I found my phone process getting slower. If i open gallery it takes atleast a minute for the photos to get loaded. Earlier this was not the case. I have updated my phone to latest software. I have even cleared the RAM. Is there any solution for this? I have some 33MB of internal memory left.

restarting the phone once in a while helps..
