Hello I am new to the forums as I just bought an HTC Hero off craigslist. So far I love the phone but for some basic functions such as adding contacts I get an error message.
When trying to add a contact i get this message:
"The application Messages (processcom.android.mms) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
When I try to tap the little phonebook on the right when the phone is open I get this message:
"The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
and when I go to settings > about phone > and click on system updates I get this message:
"The application Settings(processcom.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
Since I bought the phone I already did a factory reset. The problem was present before and after the factory reset. Please help
