Sorry, i'm unsure where to find the widgets when using Astro on my Desire HD. Then where to put it back in too.

I don't actually know. But I thought it might come up with the other apps.

Suggestion : Extend Control Widgets.
 
Hello, don't know if still useful, the widget you're looking for is "Profils 0.2.59"
on the list of widgets.
Seems was coming on roms from provider "orange"

internal name com.orange.widget.profile
