Help Program for wireless syncing

Hi everyone. I'm running Windows 8.1 and I would like to sync folders with my android HTC one m8. I've tried a few apps like BitTorrent sync but they aren't quite what I'm looking for. I need my phone to sync music from a folder on my pc to a folder on my phone. And I need my phone to send it's photos and videos to the pc. Any app available that will give you that flexibility? Thanks!

I used BT Sync for a while and it always worked flawlessly for the sort of setup you mention (which is just what mine is) but then they came out of 'beta' or whatever and certain functionality was missing - can't remember what. I now use Syncthing (... https://syncthing.net/ ...) but can't really report yet as since I installed it I've had phone problems so hasn't been top of my list to sort out .....

the syncthing program looks great. I just learned, however, that google blocked apps from writing to your sd card... so I cant even sync my music the way I want to... I guess im stuck with manual syncing for now till this changes. Thanks for the help though!
