Help Program icons change to default

I have two applications (happens to be Angry Birds and Vintage Comic Droid) installed on my SD card. The icons for these two apps are placed together with other icons in a folder on my home screen. From time to time, the program icons revert to the default green robot icon and I have to delete them and re-add them to get them back. Icons to not disappear anywhere else though.
 
yeah had same thing happen on mine moved them back to phone they all appeared again
seems to be a prob with moving them to sd card
