I think this is what you need

just go into your phone settings and youll see your MEID in the status. use the DEC one and type it into the converter but want sure you type the number in the correct order!! if you get the wrong number and type it too many times in QPST it will lock you phone. and also dont go messing around with stuff you dont know. just follow the guide that are provided here for QPST hacks on the phone
