Root programming optimus v issue

i have just recently deactivated my optimus v and swaped it with another persons number, now virgin mobile says i have too program it. i have spent 2 hours on the phone with them and then they just hung up on me. so im just completely lost, please help me.
(p.s i have ics rom quattrimus vm60) thanks in advance !

You may need to go back to a froyo rom to have the proper framework needed to put in the right commands. Also moving to all things root where more rooted users can help you.

thanks man! but ive already fixed the issue, i had to go back to fryo rom program it then switch back to the ics rom ;D thanks anyways dude.
