Anyway to block these to make it startup faster?

All start up with my phone......is there an app that I can stop this from happening. I don't need any of them immediately on startup...

You might try the app called Startup Auditor (by vesperaNovus), it looks for apps that can startup on their own and you can disable them from stratup and/or keep them disabled.

They have a free version which is limited to selecting about 5 apps or the free version which is unlimited in the number of apps you can select to disable startup. I think the paid version is about $2.
