Alright. Let me tackle these MMS fixes. I don't own the device, but I'll sure take a whip at it. Has anyone attempted the Dispatcher switch? That's my first option?

You can always make it yourself.
I have always said, there is no secret to Harmonia and most of what you need to make it, is in the first post.

Take a "stock" rom, remove the junk, add what you need, and don't do anything funny.
 
Guys. If you try and flash an evo 3d Rom let me know what doesn't work. If it doesn't work on the 3d it isn't going to work on yours so don't include that. The only thing that shouldn't work is mms.

So we should be able to flash any Evo 3D rom and it won't harm the phone... Even the one's written for Sprint or has Sprint in the title? XDA has a butt-load of roms that are beautiful and I'm so anxious to try them.

One quick thing, Is this a CDMA or GSM phone? I see there are two different forums for them.

Yes as long as it doesn't have firmware in the title. And this is a cdma device

Got a 20meg dsl line at home so I'll start downloading and flashing and let you know which ones work the best.
 
Just installed MeanROM and it booted fine. I am going to play around with it and let you know how it goes.


Edit: The only thing that I can find not working is MMS (as expected). Rom runs like a champ.
 
Using SOS M Rom, based off Mean Rom.... Only thing I can find not working is MMS also. SMS works fine. Everything else including 3D camera runs very smooth and very fast. Gonna report back with more later.
 
How about boot animations to get rid of the VM sequence? Different versions of the notification bar, i.e. white bar w/ black icons. Love your ROM, btw.
 
I'd like to see status bar widgets. I came from the optimus V using jerry's backside rom. Using his rom we were able to turn on wifi, data, sound, gps, bluetooth, etc. We were able to customize and choose which widget buttons we wanted to use.
