Proper setup for Set CPU on Captivatre

Ok resident Guru's......who has Set Cpu loaded on their Captivate and what's the best profile setups? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I recently installed it and have wonderful battery life with the automatic settings and the screen off profile. Screen off is set to 400/200.
