i downloaded the tool when ZVC came out but i heard that ZVC wasnt worth the flash so i deleted the program from my laptop but then ZVD came out and i wanted to download cuz my browers takes forever to render webpages and the pone is overall becoming slower and slower. but the update tool wont reinstall....everytime i click it begins the process and freezes untill i end the process in task manager. i tried another dl from another site and it brings up a dialog box that says i need to connect to the internet to continue but i never disconnected....i keep clicking on continue but no go....
Can someone tell me how to complete unistall the update tool file from my pc so i can start over...ive googled the subject and downloaded 3rd party unistallers to no avail.......... this is frustrating
