when in call its black screen when want to end call and you take your face off of the phone, it remains black. doesnt turn screen back on ?> any ideas?!
I tried everything --including uninstalling a bunch of voice apps-- etc., and finally came across a solution that solved my problem:
Part of my protector (plastic screen) was not sticking properly --and was probably dirty-- and was interfering with the proximity sensor. The minute I removed the protector screen, the sensor worked just fine.
