psx4droid cant load game file after update.

hey guys new to the forum, and i have a problem. i updated my psx4droid but when i went to go play final fantasy 7 it started from the intro of the game. so i pressed the menu button on my galaxy S captivate. clicked on the game file to load it only to have it start at the intro....i have multiple save files and all of them result in the intro of the game. Do i have to set psx4droid back to a previous older update and finish ff7 there then update? or what? Please help guys!!
 
it was stated in the app market page [which you didn't read obviously] that save states won't work after updating
you can load the saves made by normal saves (using the ingame save which uses the virtual memory card) but save states won't be loaded

Do a google search for the old version. Uninstall V2, and install V1. Make an in-game save, then update to V2 and load that in-game save and you should be all set.
 
i need HEEEEELP. i downloaded a whole bunch of differnt psx4droids including a lite version...version 1.7 version 1.3 they all seem to be part of version 2 because they keep bringing version 2 up. And i cant uninstall version 2??? i go to the appstore and unintalled it but it is still there can someone please tell me how to completely uninstall version 2 and send me a link for psx4droid version 1?? that way i use astro file manager to install version 1 do a quick save in my game and then upgrade back to version 2....thanks for all the help so far guys!!
 
1.5 and below are v1, and 1.7 and up are v2. v1.6 I believe was the first v2 but was unstable.

Just go to manage apps, find PSX4Droid, force stop, uninstall. Then install the v1.5 or below that you downloaded, and do as stated above.
