Yeah, I'm hoping Froyo will help performance. It's made a huge difference for people trying to run PSX4Droid on even weaker hardware than the Aria.

That's unfortunate, I was hoping (just wishing - really) that this little phone could play my favorite PlayStation game: Twisted Metal 2.
EDIT: I wrote that wrong, it's my favorite game ever!

I'm eagerly awaiting Froyo 2.2; hopefully that will help it some. The reviews with other phones are stating that it should help immensely, actually! Only time will tell I suppose.

Perhaps, I should just bite-the-bullet and buy psx4droid with the 30 day refund available and install it under Froyo 2.2 to see for myself.

Don't suppose anyone else wants to do it for me?...
