i am having issue with the jack

no output to it

i dont know if it is sofware or connection itself

but the icon come on when i connect my headset in it

Dumb question, but have you tried other headsets to make sure the issue is with the phone?

It's possible that there's an issue with the phone socket. If there is, it's going to be a hardware issue which will require a repair. Hopefully, you're still under warranty.

Weird bugs happen like that sometimes.. a cache and dalvik wipe would have probably resolved your issue....

it was probably the cache

cause i put back voltron and now it works fine
