Punctuation with Voice or Dictation

I joined this forum to find help with punctuation when using voice or dictation to enter text. All I found was more people with the same problem. For example, if you want a comma to be inserted in your text you must say the word "comma". Unfortunately the word comma often appears. So if you say "hello comma John" you may get-

Hello, John or Hello comma John

I suggest a possible improvement to resolve this. Icons for Common Punctuation marks could be placed to the left of the microphone icon and these could be used as required, or a pop-up box to do the same. Just stop dictating, tap the icon and carry on.

Also unusual words like pet names or company names can not be entered by voice or dictation. I suggest another pop-up could be used for user defined words or phrases to enable entry without leaving the microphone icon. So you would stop dictating, press the relevant icon or pop-up, select your word or phrase and carry on dictating.

ps if anyone has ways around this problem please let the community know.
