Recently purchased the Samsung Epic 4G and have to say I am enjoying it more then I expected.
With that said, there seems to be a glaring issue with my phone when it comes to the ringtone.
I purchased thru Sprint a couple of ringtones, one to be heard when the wife calls, one for when the other boss calls and one for everyone else.
There will be times, especially if I put the phone switch my phone to silent then back, that the ringtone stops working. Ill go to settings, sound, voice call ringtone....the ringtone will be listed but when you when switch to a default ringtone the music will play, switching back to the purchased ringtone and silence...
If i then power down the phone and restart, the ringtone plays again...any ideas?
