Hi,

I am the dev behind this appplication (and others such as Pure calendar or Pure grid calendar).

I'd like to concentrate here all informations about my widget.

is this a paid or free app? and if paid, is there a lite version?

just asking 'cause i thought i'd check it out, but can't find it from the market by searching for "pure messenger" and wanted to know if that's because we don't have paid apps in finland or if the search is just being dumb

it's a paid app... and there is no lite version.
Before, I was providing a 'SlideMe' solution, but since I have a lot of difficulties to get my payout from them, I dropped this solution.
Now, there is a 'PayPal direct buy' solution (but no update/refund are possible).

Nice work dude. I'm looking for something similar, streamlined, allow for Google Reader feeds (able to set a default rss or label such as "news"), mms, Gmail, Google Calendar sync.. Its gotta use ever little bit of widget space so Icons on borders etc wouldn't be necessary... I'll check out your product.
 
I greatly dislike Pure messenger for some reason, but could not live without Pure Calendar. Congrats on that end.
 
Let me begin by saying, I'm very picky about my apps, and i must say your 'PureEverything' series are the best absolute greatest widgets/apps i have used.

But i would love to redo your launcher icons... can we talk:)
 
Since installing pure messenger widget earlier today smsing became almost impossible. Chompsms and native app were in some kind of FC loop. Almost had to pull battery. These apps have never given me any trouble before installing Pure Messenger.

I like the idea for this. Any chance you'd be selling it on OnlyAndroid by Mobihand? I live outside the U.S. so that's pretty much my only option to get paid apps. Umm.... I'm not a fan of Handango so I'm not counting that one.

Sorry but no.
Each new market is an headhache to manage updates, and conditions are often not attractive (minimum of xxx$ to receive payouts for example).

But, I have a direct PayPal page :

I am really enjoying Pure Messenger (as your othewr great wodgets) but I can't delete empty email from the trash in the Email for PM app. I am using a comcast pop3 account and have tried all kinds of setting but no luck. I delete stuff in the trash folder one by one and they magically appear again. Damn, I wish your widget could use K-9!!! Any suggestions????

Are you using it in POP or IMAP ?

For K-9, it's not possible.

Oh yes : a good news, soon, it will support official Email app for Android 2.0 and higher.
 
My work around for now is forwarding all my Comcast email to my gmail account and just using gmail on my phone. It at least it gets the job done for now.
 
Love your Pure Calendar widget. Its what Google calendar should be from the start!

Im going to give your messaging widget a try now.
 
I am having problems figuring out how to make the messagning widget do List view. I choose alist view skin, but i dont see a list view option in the settings. What am i missing?

Edit: Figured it out; there are specific list widgets...
 
I am very very dispapointed.
In Android 2.0, Email application have a provider (to share data withg third party apps)... but Google protect it with very high permission requirements, so no thrid party app can use it (but only ROM apps). Completly stupid !
I am stuck with EmailForPure and still no exchange... pffff

Have you taken a peek at "mailwidget." It is ugly and not as functional as your widget but it is able to access K-9. It might give you a better way to go.
