Pure music widget

is there a way you could add music controls to the lockscreen for either the default lockscreen or lockbot pro? if not thats cool I'm really liking this widget

Not, I can't 'add' it.
I would have to develop a full lock screen application (hard because API are not clean ... have a look on lockbot difficulties ...).

Is this one out yet? Also do you know why eclair gets so gradated in the color transitions on our devices like the shot above. Is the color capability lower? Have you figured out how to fix that?

Not yet released, still a lot of work on it.

Color problem is only due to screenshot tool (DDMS), my phone rendering is fine.

Here's what it looks like on mine with eclair skin. A bit more exaggerated because of the screen cap but it is gradated in waves like this.
To give a reference point the phone button is smooth gradation in actual and is just a bit gradated here. Eclair is extreme gradated here but still in waves in actual.

If I back the transparency even just a little to 10% the gradation is not really noticeable.

I think that's exactly the reason. Our devices can't properly display the full range of shades required to give a smooth transition effect.

No, it's impossible because most of other players doesn't offer API or/and are not open source.

Could someone help me troubleshoot this widget?

I can't get the album art to display on the widget even though it works on my stock music player. I have a HTC Incredible and have the album art embedded in the tags. I used to have the art as separate folder.jpg files and then the widget worked fine but now that I switched to embedding the art, it no longer works.

Any thoughts?
