Dude...these are the minimum services required for running android smoothly.
DRM content is a protected service running in the background protecting the content on your phone ...rememeber whenever you try to install apps...it displays what kind of permissions it requires...It allows apps to execute certain kind of operations once you agree to install it
SNS service is required basically for syncing to work properly

No, they are required for android to function properly. If you close them, some times they get started automatically or some times phone behaves abnormally

I close some of them. No bugs/problemz found
