Help push notification action wrong

[leecavturbo]

when someone on facebook posts a comment or messages me i get a notification.
the notification if i'm currently looking at my phone will be the "comment" scrolled across so i can read it. finally leaving a small icon. if i missed the comment i'm sure the idea of the icon is to select it and the app/phone should take me into FB/messages to view the comment but instead i'm taken to my phone contacts list!
using htc desire on orange. rooted 2.2

Lots of views, and no responses...try rewriting the question in a manner we can understand. That post is retesrded hard to follow. Have you tried pulling the battery or resetting the phone?
