Jacqueline Android Enthusiast Nov 1, 2009 #2 It should since older versions support it. There are also some 3rd party app notifiers.
J jschiffman Lurker Mar 18, 2010 #3 Xtify has created a Push Notification Service for Android applications- allowing developers to push messages directly to their audience. Messages can be sent using our webservice and can also be configured using our Campaign Manager tool. The Xtify platform also allows you to geo-trigger notifications - you can set messaging rules based on a user's proximity to particular locations. Check out Xtify Developer: Home to learn more about our service and SDK Thanks! Josh
