Root Pushing certain apps to system?

Has anyone tried moving widget locker to the system/app directory or does anyone know that this is safe or performs any better from there(ie: starts the lock screen up just like stock upon booting)

I tried that with magic locker and it still booted up to the stock lock screen.

Okay, well what if you went into your settings and disabled the stock lock screen and then did it. There's an option for that, but it doesn't help widget locker start any quicker because of the media scanning, hence my reason for wanting to move it
