Root Puzzeled.....

Here's the back story....

I rooted my wife's Fascinate, using Z4. Put TB & Wireless Tether on there. That's all she really needed.

We downloaded the DL9 update and lost the root.

I am now trying to re-root using the 1-Click route.

I run the file, it does it's thing, restarts the phone, continues and tells me success. HOWEVER once I try to run TB, it says it doesn't have root access.

Any thoughts? Thanks!!

I'm not up-to-date on DL09 rooting methods but it's my understanding that the old one-click does indeed NOT work. You might want to start with this thread:

Hopefully someone else a bit more informed than myself will chime in as well.

Open superuser and make sure you turn your permissions back on. Sometimes it will remove permission.

How do I turn them back on? I don't see that option, just the lot and settings...TIA
