Help Q about default web browser.

When I press the back button all the way isnt it suppose to close the browser? The web browser still shows as a running app.

Yes it should. I know it works when backing out of the Dolphin browser.

There is a Samsung widget called Program Monitor that I use, that will show you how many running apps you have, and allows you to end all very quickly.

Yeah, that is what im using. Wonder if this is a bug for my phone.
