Root [Q] Can't receive calls or texts, can't send texts, can send calls.

I'm running the latest build of CM7 TG Reloaded and it's been working great until about a week ago. (The problem remained after updating) I can't receive calls or texts, can't send texts, but I can send calls. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I don't want to have to reflash the ROM and set everything up again. If it helps I have the v6 supercharger script installed and I'm overclocked and undervolted, but I did those a while before it stopped working, so I don't think they're the problem.

Go to your dialer and type *#*#4636#*#* then go to phone information, scroll down and see if your phone is on cdma auto (prl) not evdo only...

It was on evdo only.

That's your problem it should be on cdma auto (prl)... to fix restore your stock nandroid backup, then boot up, shutdown and boot back into cwm recovery and do a factory reset. After the factory reset, reboot. Then check it... if its on cdma auto (prl) now. Then you can reflash your rom and everything will work

I was messing around with any cut and went to some menus I shouldn't have and messed up my msid and mdn with in return made me not be able to receive calls text ect. But im on 2.2.2 and just got my msid from virgin mobile and it fixed it try restoring from a nandroid backup and could you check you setting/ phone info/ status and see if all the numbers are correct?

hey guys, i realize that this is a really really old thread and i may not get a reply but i will try anyway because I have the same problem with my android phone. It is a chinese phone that looks a lot like the galaxy s3 but isnt a replica. The name on the box says vajita(go to vajita.com or google the link and you'll see) and i have been searching for custom roms or just any kind of thread for this device or manufacturer but i have not been successful so far.
any way the problem is when i try to change the preferred network type, which is stuck it gsm only, to any other option, it immediately reverts back. Don't even have to reboot... and this problem just came out of nowhere. I had been using the phone for about a month now and it was working fine...
I dont have a nandroid backup. In fact this is probably running the OEM ROM, but i am not sure. So there is no cwm recovery or any of the steps mentioned as possible solutions. I would really appreciate any help you can offer.
