When I Long Press My My Home Button M Recent Apps Don't Come On & I Try'd Every ROM ... Is There A App I Could Put The Function Back On ?

Unless I'm mistaken the long-press-home-for-recent-apps thing is a Touchwiz setting. Is it possible that you've removed that somehow?

For example, it's possible that you chose to exclude Touchwiz from a Titanium Backup restore.

You did a full wipe going from rom to rom?
does it do anything when you hold home? How long do you hold home for?

Actually home to recent apps is for TW and aosp.

There isn't a such thing as restoring TouchWiz via titanium. It's if you flash a TouchWiz or AOSP rom
