Help [Q] My phone don't boot fully

when i try turning on my phone it kind of boots but then it shuts off & when i connect it to a charger it shows its at 100% but wont turn on. Then when i go in to recovery mode or download mode it stays on. Do you think its a battery issue or software ?. Please help me fix this

Try this

Soft Reset:
To force a soft reset, simultaneously hold down the Volume Up button and Power button for about five seconds. Alternatively, you could also remove and reinsert the battery.

Factory Reset:
As with most Android devices, you can restore factory defaults from within the settings menu. From your home screen, press the Menu button and go to*Settings>Privacy*and select*Factory Data Reset. The next screen will give you the option to format your USB storage as well.
A factory reset can also be done through the recovery menu. Access it by holding Volume Down while powering on the phone. Use the volume rockers to navigate the menu and the power button to make selections
