I can't find similar threads because i don't know what the problem is.

Do you have titanium backups / nandroid backups?

If so, backup card contents, flatten the card (remove partition and format card to new state), mount in recovery on your PC and download / run h2testw application:

This will check card for errors. If no errors, repartition the card using Gparted Live CD and copy contents back over. Resture either a nandroid or titanium backup

i have titanium and nandroid but old date...from 2 weeks ago.

"mount in recovery on your PC" how ?

Boot into recovery (see rooting faq) go mounts and storage menu if you have clockwork and then select mount as usb mass storage
