Help [Q] Warranty question

hey guys, the usb port on my evo is acting up and wont charge my phone unless i hold the cable at a specific angle and stops charging as soon as it moves. I have insurance thru best buy and im sure there a year manufacturer warranty. I called sprint and after talking to 5 people they got me to HTC and they said I would have to send my phone and that i would be without a phone for over two weeks. So if i bring my phone to a sprint store or best buy would they give me a new phone ? or at least a loaner. I remember that when i was with tmobile they just send me a brand new phone without any problems and i just had to send the old phone in. seems like sprint doesnt wanna do anything and just direct me to HTC.
 
Sprint Repair Shop is probably your best bet. If you bring it into Best Buy you'll probably have to wait to get the phone back. If you bring it to Sprint they'll probably get it fixed the same day.
