Humm don't know if this is the same problem your having. When I try to link with a friend to do video chat it goes through just fine but when he tries to link with me I only get a text message that doesnt let me do anything. Just tells me web service is not availiable. I sure hope the true video chat for this phone will be a good working program because qik just not working for us. I would love to know if anyone has had this problem and was able to solve it. Good luck bcrtj457 on getting yours answered.
