Help Qik Video

Hey there,

My cousin and I just tried to do a Qik video call and we had some issues. He's in Chicago and I'm in New Orleans. He was able to see and hear me just fine but I couldn't see him nor hear him. I saw myself on the screen in a smaller window but it was just a black screen behind that.

Any ideas on how to fix??

You can email support@qik.com. They're pretty responsive. Only the original caller can speak openly. The receiving party needs to press a "mike" icon on the screen. That doesn't help you with the video issues, though.

Tell him take his finger off the camera and press the talk button to reply to you
